Kamala was mocked and ridiculed abroad with protest signs that greeted her upon landing in Guatemala City, and soon after the conservative Guatemalan president made it clear that he had no love for her either, blaming Biden for this year’s migrant crisis on the Southern US border.

Morocco’s minister for human rights linked the passive reaction of Moroccan border guards, to hordes of illegal migrants invading Spanish territory, with Spain’s decision to treat a sick Western Sahara independence leader. In response Spain’s interior minister described the wave of illegal migrants as an “attack” on the country’s borders.
